PRESENTER & POSTER INFORMATION

SPEAKER PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Talks need to be loaded directly onto the presentation computer at the back of the session room you are presenting in. Someone will be on hand to assist with loading your talk. Unfortunately, we are not able to allow personal computers. Please load your talk at least one full session prior to your session.

 

DISPLAYING YOUR POSTER

  • Poster Session 1 will be held on Monday 16th October from 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM in the foyer. Posters #201 - #294 will be presented. Posters in this session can go up on Monday morning tea and must be removed by the end of the session.
  • Poster Session 2 will be held on Tuesday 17th October from 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Posters #301 - #396 will be presented. Posters in this session can go up at the start of Tuesday and must be removed by end of the session.
  • Rapid Fire Talks/Posters will also display their posters on their allocated presentation day.
  • Any posters not collected by the end of the sessions will be stored at the registration desk until the end of the conference. Velcro will be provided to mount your poster. Please locate your abstract number in the poster listing for correct positioning.
