- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Dr. Dang is currently an assistant professor at the School of Life Sciences, Westlake University in Hangzhou, China. Dr. Dang received his B.S. in Chemistry from Nanjing University in 2010. He then did his Ph.D. studies in Steve Kent’s lab at the University of Chicago, focusing on studying protein ion channel ligands (venom toxins) through chemical protein synthesis. Dr. Dang did his post-doctoral research with William DeGrado at UCSF, using computational protein design and biological display technologies to develop novel protein structures and technologies. Dr. Dang started his independent research group at Westlake University in 2019. Dang Lab at Westlake is interested in developing novel protein chemistry tools and new therapeutic protein formats.
