Dr. Shinsuke Sando received Ph.D. degree in 2001 from Kyoto University, Japan. After a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Prof. Eric. T. Kool at Stanford University, he started his academic career as an assistant professor at Kyoto University in Prof Aoyama’s group, Japan. In 2009, he joined INAMORI Frontier Research Center at Kyushu University as professor. In 2014, he moved to Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology, The University of Tokyo. His research interests focus on Chemical Biology, especially creating innovative chemical tools to control and reveal biological phenomena.
