I am Prasanjeet Kaur, a senior research fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. After completing a Master's in animal sciences from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, I entered the fascinating peptide therapeutics field. I am currently into designing peptides for cancer therapeutics using a computational approach and testing those using in vitro assays. As the mechanism of action of peptides is very intriguing, another area of my research focuses on deciphering the peptide membrane interaction and the impact of this on each using a simplistic membrane system. Apart from research, I participated in multiple workshops to broaden my skill set. I am also into extracurricular activities and have a French language and web design diploma.
