- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
I am an early-career radiopharmaceutical researcher and peptide chemist at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. I was awarded a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry at Monash University in 2024, and subsequently joined the team of Associate Professor Mo Haskali, undertaking research on the development of novel peptide-based theranostics. My current research focuses on the development of novel peptide-based theranostics for cancer applications including breast cancer and prostate cancer. My research interests are organic and peptide chemistry, and in particular the post-synthetic modification and functionalisation of peptides for therapeutic applications. I have broad experience in drug discovery and development, particularly around the design and synthesis of peptides and proteins with a view to addressing critical properties in therapeutic application.
