Youngeun Kwon received her doctoral degree from the University of Chicago in 2004. She worked as a research scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Samsun Institute of Science and Technology before she joined Dongguk University as a faculty in 2009. Her research interest covers the areas of protein-peptide chemistry, nano-medicine as well as biosensors.
