Dr Andrew White is an ARC DECRA Fellow in the Research School of Chemistry at the Australian National University (ANU). He completed his PhD at the University of Queensland, where he worked on the engineering of cyclic peptides under the supervision of Professor David Craik. In 2021, he relocated to ANU to work with Professor Lara Malins on developing synthetic strategies for peptide-derived natural products. His research focuses on the design and synthesis of complex bioactive molecules, with an emphasis on developing new synthetic methodologies and chemical tools for applications in drug discovery and biotechnology.
